Hi, my name is Lucas Sitta. I’m a Brazilian designer with over five years of experience in the industry, working as an Art Director developing creative visual solutions, having worked with brands such as Converse, LATAM, Motorola, Mondelez, and Neon.

Among my main areas of expertise are creating Key Visuals for digital and OOH campaigns, packaging design, and developing visual identities—always with a focus on brand consistency, visual impact, and alignment with business objectives. In addition, I have a strong interest in and passion for physical product design.

I hold a degree in Visual Design from ESPM SP and was recognized at the 13th Brazilian Design Award in the Student category for the project “Saberes e Sabores da Cachaça de Paraty,” highlighting themes I’m passionate about, such as culture, sustainability, and product experience.

Beyond my design background, I’m a calm, organized person with strong communication skills, always looking to collaborate with the team to improve different processes—whether by suggesting tools or supporting the organization of tasks.
